According to steam reviews it seems to be some sort of "spot the difference" between 2 images and you get some fluff story followed by interactive adult content, interactive being with clothes and poses I guess?

Missing the AI cg tag. Even just the previews make it obvious this is either ai-generated or ai-edited. Kinda looks like the characters were generated in AIG or HS2 and then edited with AI. Definitely not straight-up 3DCG :-/ Other than that... puzzle. Ugh. Best of luck to the devs, even if it is just a shovelware studio. Not my thing, though.
