Changed locale to japanese and also not using translate programs. Same problem. Win 10

for anyone have problem with hanging screen, just change your time/date locale to japanese

I tried to use locale emulator and set unicode to Japanese, but that didn't work.
DumbRendererDemosaic removes the mosaics, but dick textures are blurry by default and needs manual edition.
how do you do the uncen? i tried using the plugin but i have no idea how that work ngl

there's nothing u need to install, just put MaterialReplaceDemosaic.dll to BepInEx > Plugin folder
